Addition janken!
In addition janken all members of the group (3-5 students) can throw 0-5 (zero being a fist, one finger is 1, 2 fingers out is 2 etc). The team adds up their collective score. The score will determine which prompt from the sheet they use to form their conditional sentence. (There's no winning or losing, it's just to make the prompt choice random and more fun.)
Each round everyone participates in throwing their number, but they take it in turns making the sentences. Each round one student makes a sentence. At this stage, it's just speaking, tyring to encourage creativity.
After 5-10 minutes, get them to try the second half of the sheet where they write about what they themselves/ a group member said.
