First send the file to all the students.
Open the file then click on "Enable Editing" and "Enable Contents" . In Japanese it's called "読み取り専用". It's the yellow bar with a white button that shows up when you open the file for the first time.
Click on "Launcher" to run the program.
Activity.
Students click on the "Reset" button to reset the clock.
Then student A clicks on a blue button from 1 to 12 to choose an Hour, and on a red button from 1 to 59 to choose some Minutes.
Then student A asks student B: What time is it?
Student B: Answers the question.
Take turns.
You can do a walk around type of activity too.
