Demonstrate with the teacher using enlarged copies. Go through each of the requests and circle the food that you would like.
Then make a pair with the teacher showing the class your paper but not the teacher. Ask four questions picking whichever option you think the teacher would want. If the answer is 'yes, please' you get a point. After asking the four questions record the teacher's name and the number of points you collected. Then switch.
The students make pairs and play six times before returning to their seats. Once a few students have returned to their seats I call time up and everyone goes back to their seats. Then check points and clap for the kids with the highest points.
