Using the map provided, I was able to make some changes to how the game is played and how questions are presented and answered. Check it out the OG version when you get the chance!!!
Before Playing: Make sure to fill in all the question slides. Each one is connected to one of the states on the map and will have a smaller version of that state in the corner of the slide to make sure you don't get lost. The questions in the slides are examples, so feel free to edit them to your liking. Make sure to have either a computer with a mouse, or just a wireless mouse to use with a touchscreen, as the game is too sensitive for fingers.
How it is played:
Step 1: Divide your students up into groups of four. Have them chose colors to pick their teams from the card slide
Step 2: Students pick which state they want to attack, when you click on the state, it will take you to the question slide. Click the shield on that question slide to get you back to the map.
Step 3: Click the state you just answered to change it to the color of the team who got the question correct. Repeat until a winner is chosen. To get to the victory screen, click the team card on the board
Love your white house on the victory slides. I'd suggest hiding a hyperlink someplace on those victory screens just in case they get clicked by mistake. That way you can go back to the main map hopefully without the state colors resetting.
Excellent idea! I'll get those up and running
