Christmas in the Park

A flexible busy scene poster. Play karuta, use with a worksheet, etc.

I was inspired by UonumaRobert's park life poster and rebvandev's activities, but I wanted to make it ~☆~Christmas~☆~ so I shamelessly edited the powerpoint version...

I printed the poster out (B4 size), laminated, and cut it up into puzzle like pieces to play karuta with. Enough for each group of students. My 3nens loved it!
Both UonumaRobert and rebvandev have great activities to go along with the original poster which I'm sure could be edited to fit the Christmas theme and characters.

We're practicing relative pronouns (関係代名詞), so here are the sentences I used for the karuta game (I started them out with either "Where is..." or "Please find..."):

A the men who are making a Christmas tree
B the man who is cleaning his car
C the family that is shopping
D the man who is surfing
E the boy who is making snowmen
F the boy who is flying a kite
G the couple who are enjoying a campfire
H the reindeer that is dancing
I the man who is walking his dog
J the snowman that is skiing
K the snowmen that are rapping
L the man and reindeer that are relaxing
M the children who are giving presents
N the man who is flying in the sky
O the boy who is playing with a reindeer
P the woman who is falling
Q the girls who are playing handbells

These sentences can also be edited for reduced relative clause, present continuous, etc.

Nice, and right on time for Christmas and present continuous. Thanks.
