Presentation of conversation starters for students to practice were/would second conditional sentences

I ran this activity as an open discussion, but it could easily be converted into a game. I basically just asked the question, gave my answer and some examples, and let them discuss amongst themselves for about a minute, and then pulled numbers to have them answer. The questions and the fact that they might have to answer keep them pretty engaged for a while, and they like hearing the teachers' answers as well.
If you need to use more time, you can have them write down their answers.
