I used this game as a warm-up and for review.
1) Split the class into 6 teams.
2) Each team has a chance to choose a number and then a corresponding question will appear.
3) They have 20 seconds to answer the question. If they cannot answer the question, any group can answer the question after that. Rewards for answering the questions hyperlinked. Just click the banana man (Peely).
4) The group with the most points wins!
5) Click on the banana man (Peely) in the numbers slide to get a celebratory surprise.
This is a work of art. The sound useage alone puts most games here to shame. Excellent attention to the details and culture of the game!
@Lucasmh Thank you so much! I learned a lot about making Powerpoints from your games. My students and I are huge fans of all of your activities, so this means a lot.
I have 48 hours left of teaching here in Japan. Warms my heart to see such work come from some stuff i made when i got bored. There is room for improvement, but I have no doubt your stuff will slap harder than mine before long
I'm an adult Fortnite player so this makes me so excited!!! I know my kids are obsessed with this game as well but our school recently launched a campaign to stop them from playing it (not that it's working) that's why I'm a little unsure if I can use it but I'd still love to try in my Special Needs classes. Thank you so much!
Hi, great game but, the numbers aren't disappearing after being clicked/answered, should they be? Otherwise kids just want to keep choosing the same question because they've heard the answer etc. lol
@sakotodan They should disappear if you are using Powerpoint. If you're using Google Slides or any other slide app that's not Powerpoint, it won't work as designed.
All these games are great !! But how do I edit and actually play them ? My colleague sent me a workable , mario blast game where I could open the numbers and play etc?? But I cant fathom how to set up the game??
