Start by having each row pick a favorite color from the list, and that will sort them into teams. The concept is simple; ask a question and if they answer it correctly, they can pick a box. Each box has a range of effects, both positive and negative. Some are straight forward, like point gain or loss, but others are tricky. The ones with BOO and the coin magnet let's you steal coins. The BLUE SHELL hits first place for -20pts. The BULLET BILL lets you hit another team for -10 points. DRY BONES lets you switch points with another team. The BOWSER WHEEL works by clicking it. If it lands on the BOWSER logo they lose all points, if it lands on the BOWSER JR. logo they lose half their points, if the land on the BOMB the will lose -15pts, and if they land on the 1pt, that is all they get. Winner is whomever has the most points by the end. Adjust to your students' skill level accordingly

Wow, an actual random spinner. I had no idea you could do that in powerpoint without special programming. And so simple too. Cool.
The trick is to take a pie chart, strip it down, set it to spin when you click, and appear when you click again
Yeah, I gave it a try and added one to one of my upcoming activities, signs quiz. I'll be curious to see how to students react to using it.
One of my teachers asked me to make a wheel to choose kids when they aren't feeling like answering. I almost feel bad that it works so well on them
Always feels rough putting kids on the spot like that. I’m glad I haven’t worked with anyone too strict in a few years.
Awesome, thanks
