Nice, both should be good on worksheets. An issue I have with irasutoya art is it doesn't photocopy well on the school mass-printers.

Yes, I believe it's all free use. There might be issues if you started selling products with the characters on them or something, but otherwise you should be good. Even Irasutoya has rules like that. I've been using them for 2+ years with no issues.
