Let's Order: Philippine Restaurant Edition

I shortly explained the taste and ingredients of each food/drink on the menu to help students decide which to order.
You may change the menu and script according to your preference and level of your students.
Group the class making sure there are about 4~6 members each group. One will act as the waiter while the others are a group of friends who go to a restaurant to eat. You may tell them that JTE and ALT are the managers of the restaurant, who will basically check on each group (specifically the waiter) on how well he/she is doing his/her job.
