Print out the two slides in large sized paper, and post these on your English board.
I have the students vote before or after class, making tally marks with a marker. Each choice has its own color like Splatfest! In the one for this month, blue marker for spaghetti votes, yellow for hamburger, red for curry and rice. The students tally on the second page, and I tell them to say the target sentence in the green box while voting. You can use stickers too instead of tallies if you prefer.
At the beginning of the next month, I will announce the results. The kids all like Splatoon since the third game came out last year. Enjoy!
