Threw this together last minute for my special needs class, and figured someone else might get some use out of it.
First, run through each question with the students and clarify their understanding. I find giving example answers for each question a good to reinforce the meaning.
Next, the students fill in their own answers - this took roughly 5 minutes for my class but may take longer depending on their ability.
Last, have them stand up and ask their friends each question whilst aiming for bingo.

@Nisemono - yeah, as long as they've asked a question and written down an answer (even if it's the same), it counts :)
