I explained 1 question at a time having them answer that 1 question before explaining the next one. I gave them about 5 minutes to write for each one.
Then, I paired them up to use the table and speak using the answers they wrote. They should be both A and B. When they finish, I changed the pairs by having B move to another seat and did this until class was over.

This is nice! Thanks so much!
nice activity. Thanks so much. I made some changes and have some feedback based on my students responses;
Alot of my students left Question 3 blank.
Adding "How was it? Describe your experience" worked better.
Similarly with the interview on page 2 - the current interview never really asks Q3.
I replaced "What did you do" with "Where did you go?".
I removed the table at the bottom and added some blank lines as a writing excersize with the prompt "Lets write! In 15-25 words, please write about your winter break. What did you do, during winter break?" - so students can rewrite thier previous answers in succession, to make a comprehensible paragraph.
