This can be a warm-up activity after the first lesson/introduction of the Unit, or a review at the end of the unit.
Review the 12 jobs included in the One World textbook Unit 8.
Go over the correct pronunciation.
Go over the 3 Rounds of Memory Game.
Tell students to remember/memorize the occupation cards flashed on the screen.
They will have 10-15 seconds to memorize it, then the next slide will flash blank cards.
Students have to say the occupation cards.
(JTE's discretion if this will be done as a whole class, by group (like a competition), or individually).
Round 1 has 3 cards per slide.
Round 2 has 4 cards per slide.
Round 3 has 5 cards per slide.
