This activity uses flashcards, a slideshow, and some common activities students should be familiar to help them understand "always, usually, sometimes," and "never."
First, review "always," "sometimes," "usually," and "never" using the flashcards. I included the PDF version so whatever program you use doesn't freak out.
Tape the flashcards around the room. Give the students enough space to crowd around them. Then, use the example slides I provided (change it to your face, favorite character, whoever), and ask the students about what you teach. Walk to the appropriate flashcard.
Then, let your students stand up. Read each sentence and let them walk to the flashcard that applies to them. Feel free to change the slides however you see fit.
This is a good activity that incorporates a little movement into the class. I really think it helps the students understand the vocabulary.
If you need some extra practice, you can do the listening practice afterwards.
