This is a collection of over 30 games and activities that I have often used throughout my ES classes and have been very successful. This document explains how to play the games and includes links to resources I often used. The games are cover speaking games, vocab practice games, alphabet practice, and warm-ups and time-filler games. Some of these games can also be played in junior high especially for 1st grade. My first few years I didn't know about many resources and had to find or come up with these games on my own so I compiled this doc to help new ALTs. Best of luck to all the new teachers!

I remember in my first months as an ALT, I used the Keywod game and Missing game on a loop, as I had no other ideas. This will be very useful used alongside all the great powerpoints on this site. New and old teachers will have a great foundation of resources and ideas. Thank you!
