This is based off of @taloytoy2000's ppt, which was so helpful!! Please go check out the original post for its rules.
I added two beginning slides explaining what Family Feud is, and some kids do recognize it.
I demonstrate with the JTE, having her write hamburgers, and that she got 10 points. I show her writing pizza, and how because it's not on the board, it was 0 points.
The difference is I added a BONUS lightning round at the end for groups with the lowest point:
I make the two groups with the lowest points come up to the front. It's all pure talking and raising their hands (synonymous to the real game, but no button). I give them one minute to give me as many answers as they can, with no repeats. I write their answers on my own whiteboard, dividing it by team. After the one minute is up, I go to the answer board on the next slide and circle on the whiteboard which made it and how many points.
You may switch out the group with another low-points group to battle against each other for a chance.
This was adjusted for 1年生 but can be easily changed!
