Set up:
Give each student a worksheet.
Objective:
Students practice asking and answering 'Can you...?' questions in a bingo game.
Method:
Do "repeat after me" to practice pronunciation.
Demonstrate with your JTE.
Students ask eachother "Can you ________?", they must get a "Yes, I can." in order to cross off the square.
If someone says "No, I can't.", then they have to find someone else to ask.
Usually I give them a time limit and make it a competition to see how many bingo's they can get in that time. At the end I will give stickers to the students who managed to get a full bingo square.
