Theme : fall / Autumn
This is a informative English board about fall holidays and differences between Japan and the USA.
It discuses differences in the seasons between the different countries.
Has a section for students to interact and write down what they like about autumn. I had the teachers at my school do this as an example an put those up first until students sent things through the English post box.
It also talks about some differences in English between countries (United kingdom - Australia - United states). With a kahoot that kids can enjoy and quiz themselves.
The power point has all the materials and resources I used to create this English board. pick and choose what you want to use. You'll have to move what you want to a word file to print as I have lost track of my ready made file. If I find it I'll upload it.
cheers Ali
Edit:
Some were asking for the Kahoot information. Here is the link to the game for any who wish to use it.

I'm not British, but I do use UK pronunciation (colony country). I do not think that the British call the picture of a 'hat' a 'bonnet'. A bonnet looks different. The picture you used is leaning more towards a 'beanie', but British ALTs please correct me if I am wrong.
thank you for the well detailed materials. However, I cant see the kahoot QR code. Do you mind sharing?
I'm British and bonnet sounds to me like something my great great grandmother may have worn. Where I'm from that's a wooly hat. It's probably got tons of different local names. I think beanie is Canadian? It's certainly not British.
@Monica_B Yes, that is a beanie or maybe a wooly hat.
A bonnet is very different.
That might be true about the bonnet. I can change it or remove the question if it's preferred, I had just looked up different words between American English and British English online to help me make questions so that source may not have been the most correct. You can also change the kahoot yourself, accounts are free and its pretty easy to do. Thanks for this feed back though. Even in America we see it as an older period's fashion and not something we often use.
