The worksheet is pretty staightforward. I'd recommend a vocabulary or grammar review first, however. Anyway, start by giving the students some time to write four questions and monitor them as they do so. Then turn them loose to talk to their classmates. To mix things up, you can require students to talk to three boys and three girls with the last space as a free choice. I often do this as I've noticed that boys and girls are often reluctant to actually talk to each other most of the time.
In any case, check their work as they write their sentences. Then, collect the papers and you're done.
