I just remembered this game existed so thought I'd share.
Really easy game for students learning the alphabet, I tried with my students and they loved it!
- Students sit or stand in a circle.
- Students take turns saying one letter of the alphabet.
- If more than one student says the same letter at the same time, you have to start over.
- Students can say multiple letters in a round, but they cannot say them consecutively.
You can also adapt this by writing a word on the board and have students try spelling it out (following the same rules), good practice for recognizing the letters! (and you can obviously use the original count to 20 game when learning numbers)
