This is very interesting. I hope the textbooks we get next year still has a unit on sushi. Also there are still some hyperlinks on some of the pictures, the UK Yo Sushi one I noticed. You might want to right click and delete hyperlink so it doesn't get clicked accidentally when doing the slide show.
