Before the start of class write the name of the titles, key questions, answers on the board, and distribute the worksheet (if you have time)
Get the students attention and tell them that this is a guessing game.
Tell the students that they have to choose one of the characters they want to be, but they have to keep it a secret.
Tell the students that you are going to do an example with the Japanese English Teacher.
For example:
Excuse me, Mr. Y. Let's rock, paper, scissors.
The ALT and JTE R.S.P.
The winner of R.S.P. asks the question, and the loser answers the question.
The winner can only ask three questions related to the worksheet.
After asking three questions, the winner tries to guess who their opponent has picked.
If you have free time, will you do your homework tomorrow? - Yes, I will.
If you have free time, will you clean your room this weekend? - No, I won't.
If you have free time, will you help your family on Sunday? - Yes, I will.
Are you Beat Takeshi? - Yes, I am.
After finding out who their opponent picked, have them write their friend's names in the right hand side column.
If the students can find all of the characters, I usually give them a sticker.
