There is a template for making your own versions and a version for a 1st Year review lesson after the students have completed 'can, simple verbs and questions, as well as the be verb'.
To edit the template it is useful to check out 'how to make powerpoint games'. I've included a link.
Basic Rules are pretty much the same as Magic Quiz. There is a question at the bottom of the screen. Students are put into groups (works well if you use rows for groups) and raise their hands to try and answer. If its okay they can pick a letter to get points. The points are 2, 4 and -3 points. If 2 points come up other rows also have a chance to answer. If 4 or -3 come up then the round is finished. However if students want they can still answer for 1 point. Then click the question at the bottom to see an answer and click the answer to go to the next screen.
If you are using the template there are picture hints. First time you click on the question it will show you the picture. Click the question again to see the answer.
The First Year Review follows this up with two activities. Although there will probably only be time for you.
'Say the Word' the students work in groups to make questions that will get the teacher to give the written answers. Give about 15-20 minutes and see how many they can complete.
Finally individually they can write self introductions based on the language studied up to this point.
