Basic Setup:
Students divide into two or three groups. If you have three groups, decide the order in which each group will answer.
(Give the teams StarWars based names, or something else fun of your choice!)
I find it best to give teams 20 starting points.
Teachers will decide the "starting leader" for the group.
As students answer questions, have the leader change to give other students a chance to answer.
The leader is allowed to walk around and talk with their group to find the answer, but they must be the one to answer.
Students have a timer in the top right of each question slide; when time runs out, it's a "chance" for another team to answer.
Points:
On slide 2, you will find the scoring system. After students answer correctly, they will receive one suprise character or item that detemines their point score.
Blue lightsaber: 2 points
Green lightsaber: 4 points
Purple lightsaber: 6 points
Lightsaber clash: Answering team chooses another team to play Janken with. The winner of Janken gets the points even if the answering team initiated the battle.
Obi Wan Kenobi: 12 points
Grogu: Answering team steals 6 points from another team.
Darth Vader: Answering team's points get halved.
Selection screen and Question Slides: This is where students will select their numbers! Each number has a question that appears after you click it.
The question slide will have the timer in the upper right.
When a team gives a correct answer, click once to reveal the answer and R2D2. After you practice the slide with your students, click R2D2 to reveal points. After you reveal points, click the hologram in the bottom right to return to the selection screen.
When you finish the game or run out of time for class, click on the finish game button in the bottom left of the selection screen. (If you accidently click the finish game button early, please click to the hologram to return home.)
Please enjoy the template! This is my first upload! For educational purposes only of course!
Beauty ppt game. I added some starwars movie/game clips on the points slides. If you want to check it out, I've uploaded a remix.
