Write "Heads" and "Tails" high up on the blackboard.
Students all stand up. Explain that in each round you will say one of the two words on the blackboard. Students have to put their hands on their head or their 'tail' (their rear end) depending on what they heard. If they are correct, they can continue. If they are incorrect, they sit down. (Students sitting down can still try, though).

Ideal for reviewing vocabulary at elementary school or practicing verbs with junior high school second-graders (一般動詞・過去形・受け身)
This is a cute idea! I am going to try it with my students. I might let them stand back up if they get a question right after sitting down to keep everyone engaged and avoid crying students in the earlier grades.
