I've used pictures found in the NH3 textbook; and students, paired off, have to find what page the pictures are on. The twist here is that they must do so individually (not help each other) so the Q&A afterwards can be done correctly.
Part 1: Reading and matching.
Part 2: Picture hunt.
Part 3: Q&A with partner.
Set a time limit between 3-5 minutes for the picture hunt. Even if students can't find all the pictures. That is to be addressed in the Q&A.
The second page is much the same as the first, except there's no image to go by on the worksheet. The text is all they get. Q&A is done in groups of four (double pairs).
This is a two-page worksheet that is meant to be used over two lessons, but you can do it all in one day if you and your T1 are game for it.
All the vocabulary and grammar in this worksheet appear in the New Horizon textbooks. It may still be a challenge for lower-level or readers or unfocused students.

Pictures may not turn out well on some Risograph copiers. I've had varying results with different machines.
