This is a link to a Blooket game I created for the Crown Jr.5 textbook. The questions review topics and phrases covered in the Unit 1 section of the 2024 Crown Jr.5 textbook. There are 30 questions in total.
To view and host a game on Blooket, you need to create an account. However, students can play/join this game for free. Blooket is similar to Kahoot, however there is a bit more variety of the games you can play, and the points are more based on accuracy rather than speed. You can choose the amount of time you'd like to host the game for, or you can set a point limit for students to reach to end the game.
A few downsides are that the instructions of the games/point system will be in English, so you or your JET might have to host an example game and show your students how the mechanics works. Some students would also rather keep clicking on the buttons instead of answering the questions.
