i absolutely love making anything music related for my students, and they love it just as much, so here's another music-related activity.
There are 5 rounds, each with different ideas
Round 1: Music Genre
Round 2: Food
Round 3: Music Lyrics
Round 4: Music Language
Round 5: Flags
It's very self explanatory from the slides. For any slides that have music, there's a light purple icon that looks like two blobs with a smiley face fused together. It shouldn't be hard to spot!
For the "bonus: pick a card" slide, I create some cards for students to pick at random to keep the point system a bit more exciting. You can choose to omit or keep this bit. It was my first time trying it and while my students liked it, it did take up some time away from the lesson. So if you think your class needs something more to get them energetic, I'd use this. If they're fine on their own and can enjoy the music and games by themselves, don't use it.
