This is a whole class activity. Basically to review the word "where". The concept is that we are onboard an orbiting satellite looking for different locations in Japan.
Set the scene at each slide. Countdown with the students 5-0. Once "ignition" appears, click anywhere on the slide to move to the next one with a rocket taking off. Click the next slide to show the footage of Earth from space. Click again to show Japan.
The next slide is the first question. Ask the students "where is Mount Fuji?". You can click anywhere on the slide (there are no trigger buttons in this PPT) to trigger the image zoom or wait for an answer first. Once you do get an answer, click to move ahead and reveal the answer.
There are seven locations (Mount Fuji, the Glico man, Kinkakuji, Skytree, Takeda Castle, Lake Biwa, and Tokyo Disneyland) so as not to drag on too long.
