Really, this is a three-part lesson, but depending on your time and student ability, you could do it two class periods or pick and choose parts of the lesson to fit your time frame! Here is what is included:
A card matching game where students match the Japanese verbs to the English verbs as fast as they can! It's a bit labor intensive if you need to print sets for an entire class, but if you're deskwarming, maybe you've got the time!
A quiz where students choose the correct verb form in teams. I've also included printable answer boards you can laminate and students can write answers on in whiteboard marker!
A writing challenge where students use as many verbs as possible! You can also use the printable answer boards for this.
