If you're not sure what a typhoon-style game is, please go read the detailed instructions on one of the many posts on this site first. Essentially, students will form groups and attempt to earn the most points. You will ask questions (to each group in order, or whoever raises their hand first, or randomly, etc) and a correct answer means the group can choose a "mystery box." These contain one of three things: points/gold, typhoon/shark (erases the answering team's points), pirate (allows the answering team to steal another team's points). This game can be highly modified to match your class situation, amount of time, theme, etc.
This is a customizable digital typhoon / pirate gameboard. Please MAKE A COPY of the slides document linked below, as it is read-only. Instructions for customization are on the first slide. Please let me know if you have any questions or encounter any issues!

Please don't comment asking me to make a PowerPoint version, I don't have access to a copy of PowerPoint. However, if someone else makes a PPT version, feel free to post it!
Thank you so much for this! Looking forward to using it in classes! =D
