Birthday Minecraft English Review

Simple powerpoint team game to practice months + ordinal numbers. All credit to TakoyakiTacos, I just entered random dates so that you don't have to.

I take no credit for this at all, please follow the rules and gameplay suggested by the original uploader (see link).

All the questions are just random dates such as "5/23", and the students just have to say them in English - "May 23rd".

The only additional thing I would recommend to add is a hint handout made by japanalt for helping elementary level students to pronounce ordinals. It really helps make sure all students can participate (again, see link). Also it's a good idea for the whole class to repeat every answer as this topic is very difficult for 5th graders.

I gave a 5 point (team) bonus if any student's birthday is one of the questions - they have to raise their hand if it comes up.
