Attached are some cards and a powerpoint I made to go with sophieinniigata's original Snakes and Ladders post.
The cards involve basic self-introduction questions such as one's birthday, where they're from, name, etc. as well as "can" and "like" questions. I made this specifically for New Horizon 6 Unit 1 but it could also be used as a review for New Horizon 5.
The powerpoint includes rules in Japanese and English explaining how to play as well as the English I specifically used in the Self-into card set.
You can probably remove the last slide and just use the powerpoint for the rules and adapt other cards to the game too.
