This game will work really well if the students already know how to play criss cross
The game is 8-bit design inspired.
Step-by-step process:
•Start by explaining how the game works - it's basically like criss cross where they all stand up and the teacher asks a question.
•All the students are all stood up, and the student who is able to answer the question will be able to sit and decide who can sit(which row side)
- for example: Front side, back side, left side, and right side. Anyone infront/at the back/ at the left/at the right of that student can finally sit down.
•Use the slides to show the picture that they need to look at.
•Each question slide has a "where is~/where are~" question and an item or an animal of what they have to look for.
•There are no timers, but it should be enough since it's easy.
•The questions also gets harder the longer they dont try to answer.
•You can let the students practice on how to speak the sentences and replies.
•There is no answer slide, but you can also teach them about the possible answers (Since its a location question, there are many ways to answer it).
Layout question example:
A:"Where is the cat?"
B:"It's by the tree"/ "It's under the tree."
You can also write this on the board: (For easier answer formatting)
It's (in, on, under, by) the ( 何何~)
2nd powerpoint is longer - has more questions
Enjoy and have fun teaching! - Arannasensei
