Go over the food items, this is the "menu". Have students pick one item from each category (appetizers, dish, drink, dessert). Go over script one and have them practice in pairs. Go over script two if you want to show how you can say the same thing in a different way. Then have students get up and find a new pair to fill out all 8 customers in their notes.
For the blank in Welcome to ________, I used restaurant and the class number so Class 2-1 is "Welcome to Restaurant 2-1".
