Winter Vacation!

So my JTE's for 3rd grade JHS wanted me to make a writing activity so the students can get some practice for writing in English for the entrance exams. And they asked me to come up with a topic that will encourage them to write a lot. So for this activity I would first use the powerpoint to give them an idea of what to write in which I told them what I would want them to do and see if they came to St. Louis (my hometown) for winter vacation. (So you will have to change St. Louis to your home city or country). After that I would pass out the worksheets and have them begin to write about if my family were to come to Sapporo what they would want them to see or do. (So you will also need to change it to your name on the worksheet as I have my name on it and change the city to where ever you are in Japan). Hope you and your students enjoy! ^_^

*Side note: I was made aware of some typos and grammar mistakes for this activity by a fellow user on here. I was going to fix the mistakes but my JTE thought it would be good practice for the students to try to spot out any typos or mistakes in the powerpoint. So if you download the powerpoint be aware there are several typos and mistakes.
