New Horizon ES 6 Unit 5 Where is it from?

A simple ppt activity based on NH ES 6 book Unit 5: "Where is it from?" various pictures w/ lower right name (no need to guess), click sequence type to reveal which country; based on picture-book.

It's my first time posting! I hope it helps since I too have a hard time searching PPT activities for this specific topic.

It's just a simple click-and-reveal game based on the NH ES 6 picture book and then some. It's pretty self-explanatory.

It can also be used as a filler game.

Enjoy!

P. S.: I read the comments and edited the main PPT file. I appreciate the thank you's, motivates me to upload more.

You're welcome!

Please feel free to add/edit on your own after downloading since it's a really simple and editable PPT.

This is great, but I suggest specifying the country under 'Africa.' With 54 countries, it's important to specify, as many students mistakenly think Africa is a country rather than a continent. All the other pictures are from specific countries, but the picture for Africa is based on the continent. I think the picture is from Morocco.

I agree with the first comment. That said, the flag used is the South African flag. Fufu is known more widely as a western African dish.

For slide number 23, the picture beneath the flag shows a dessert, which is why I mentioned Morocco. I also agree that fufu is commonly eaten in West African countries, but not in all African countries. The rest of the work is great, and I appreciate it. It's a good way to introduce the unit to students.

For the two slides that show Thailand, you wrote the city, Bangkok. Unsure if this was intentional, as since the rest of the slides are countries and not cities? (except for Africa, as the other comments have already mentioned)

Thank you for this amazing PPT. However, the picture depicting fufu is actually a meal from Ghana. It's a west African dish from Ghana. Thank you once again for the slides.
